Shipping policy

Thanks for shipping with Dawning Day Creations aka DDC WRAPS! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. All online orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days [M-F]. Please note that we don't ship orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

We're happy to offer free shipping for orders $100 or more (United States only). With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.

Shipping rates: are calculated in real time by your carrier of choice. For larger products, we have specific shipping options, to ensure your package arrives safely.

In Store Pick-ups

We offer free in-store pickups at our kiosk, DDC WRAPS, located in Fox Valley Mall. You will be notified, via email, when your order is ready for pickup. Our current turnaround time is 2-4 business days. We are open every day during Mall hours, at which time you can stop by the kiosk to pick-up your order. You must bring your order number, to verify proof of purchase.

We are a small business; therefore, in the case of a family emergency, we will notify all customers via email, if the kiosk is closed. In addition, we do give our employees breaks, so if you visit the kiosk and the blinds are down please know that we will return within 15 minutes. Undelivered Shipments:

In the instance that the carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received your items, please contact us. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn't properly delivered, please take your tracking number to your local USPS to file a claim and open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for them to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of a store credit. A refund will not be issued.
